Meditation is letting the body digest pending processes

Sometimes we experience things too quickly and go from one thing to another and we don't give ourselves time to really digest them, they accumulate and make it harder to listen to ourselves. Meditation helps us little by little to let go of our mind and learn to listen to our body.

Meditation can be understood simply as taking breaks between our daily activities. Take a moment in a quiet place to focus on your breathing every time you finish an activity and want to start another. Sit relaxed and let your body breathe on its own and focus on following your breathing. If you start to have thoughts or get distracted, let them pass, just go back to focusing on your breathing.

It helps me concentrate to sit with my back straight and place my hands on my knees with the palm facing up, fingers extended and just the thumb and index finger together. Or use noise cancelling earbuds. Discover with practice what works for you.
